本日、センター周辺ではたくさんのトンボたちが飛び交っていました。調査船にも敷地内にも研究棟の壁にもあちこちで羽を休めるトンボの姿が確認できました。 Many dragonflies were flying around the center today. They were seen resting everywhere, from the research vessel and the grounds to the walls of the research building.
Show Post敷地内にキセルガイの仲間が出てきていました。湿度が高めなので活動的になっているのでしょうか。 A door snail appeared on a stump on the Center’s grounds. It might be active because of the high humidity.
Show Postセンター周辺の磯ではこの時期ウミトラノオという海藻が繁茂していますが、時期を同じくして陸上ではオカトラノオという植物の花がたくさん咲いています。 Around this time of year, a seaweed known in Japanese as umitoranoo grows abundantly along the rocky shores near the Center, while on land, a plant called okatoranoo in Japanese is in blooming with many flowers.
