I’ve lost 17 1/2 lbs this year. Feb-Aug, I started “cutting back” including less sugar. Didn’t lose weight. Sept added Intermittent Fasting; felt better but no weight loss. Oct added calorie restriction to 1400 daily. Lost 17.5 lbs since early Oct. For 2019; Low Carb diet.
