The 9/11/01 emergency plans had set protections with tax payer money to protect disabled and everyone else. Why are those plans not being used? Did everyone forget this already?

We need gun control like yesterday but this kid shot out the locks to get in. I'm not sure how you protect any kid against someone that determined to kill kids.

Update: I have booked this trip with my mom. It will be very hot, expensive, and I will brag about it for the rest of my life. We will also go to Istanbul for several days so the trip is "not just Egypt".
