While putting together a slide show of my mother's life for a memorial tribute, I came across this picture. My mom was born in 1932. I estimate that this picture was taken around 1935. She loved animals and we always had cats and dogs while we were growing up.

Pumpernickel is almost impossible to photograph 😅 she really doesn’t want to stay still for more than a millisecond at a time! #Cats #Kittens #CatsOfBluesky #AdoptDontShop #Pets #Animals

So, our local shows have been super sparsely attended this year. Like going from 30-40 people at shows the past couple years to like 5 people sometimes this year. It’s been that way for a lot of our peers too. Anyone know of any venues on the east coast/within 6 hours of NC with a built in crowd?

KILLERANTZ show tomorrow night. COGS bailed last minute after doing zero promo for the past month, but fuck em, us and The Stray Lions will just play longer. Hope to see you there if you’re in the NC triad area.
