Didn't Sandie Peggie deserve to be treated as the highly experienced nurse, with a long and unblemished record, that she is? Didn't she deserve to be treated following the normal rules of a disciplinary hearing? It's clear from the tribunal that NHS Fife and Peggie's managers failed on all counts.

Dr Upton never had the right to use the women's changing rooms. There were other facilities available for Dr Upton but not for Nurse Peggie.
