Your website isn't clear just because you can explain it. Send the link to someone in your target audience. Ask: “What am I selling, who is it for, and what would you do next?” Don't coach them. If they need your explanation, rewrite the page—not your explanation.

What if your AI-built SaaS lost its data? Restore a backup into an isolated test environment. Check customer records, account access, and uploaded files. Time the recovery. Fix what's missing, then retest. A successful backup isn't proof you can recover.

Before choosing a course platform, check what you can export: lesson text, videos, student records. Ask for a sample export and inspect it outside the platform. Keep your original files separately. An export button isn’t the same as a usable exit plan.

Before you turn on an automation, deliberately test a failure. Make sure it alerts the right person, shows what broke, and gives them a way to fix it. Your customer should not be the error notification system for your online business.
