2/ .. there's a growing Faragiste flavour to some of the City's Aldermen, hence the back sliding on Bank's safety changes, rolling back pedestrianisation on Old Jewry etc, directing CoL Plod to stop people cycling etc. TBF, officers doing their best, but key committees aren't reliable any longer
