Caranya kita ngerti, kalau ada yg gabisa diubah dan ada yg bisa diubah. Terima kenyataan, perlahan, ga buru-buru. Seabis itu fokus ke yg bisa diubah, nanti kita sadar. Ternyata kita bukan objek dari keadaan, tapi subjek itu sendiri. Semangat, hidup memang kumpulan bahagia dan sedih.
