Being a writer means doing your daily shift even when you're alone in the house and nobody else will know or care whether you did. Yeah, I cranked out 900 words or so. Felt reasonably up to snuff.

Gentle reminder for myself and my fellow chronically ill, disabled, and neurodivergent creatives: It's okay to create art at your own pace. Even really slowly. Our bodies and brains work differently, and we need to give ourselves grace. I know it's hard to accept that, I struggle with it, too. ❤️
