Maybe the ECtHR will change their mind. They have before. But it is pretty wild to just shrug off a 20+ year regression in human rights like this.
Show PostNo one seems to care, but these were the UK's submissions about hospital use in I v UK in *2002*. I get that the UKSC is big on reading ECtHR jurisprudence as narrowly as possible, but it really does strain credulity to think there is no Art 8 violation .
