Scared that once women & afabs are forced back into the home I won't be allowed to live independently. My dad or J will be responsible for me simply because of my agab. I never wanted that for them & they sure AF didn't want that for me. I'm more than what's between my legs.

i vacuumed the whole house and did the dishes and cooked myself dinner and played more m1necraft and updated some alters' playlists and took all my meds on time and barely picked at my scabs at all :) but every time i switch tasks i start ruminating again and its getting worse
