From /r/proteomics, a handy tool to extract specific genes given a gff3 + genome fasta. I wouldn’t mind an easy web based tool for gff + genome fasta => proteome fasta, only cause of a current need for Caiman proteomics and my old laptop broke. github.com/vihaankulkar...
