(3/3) I had to use my name to pursue a FOIA request and publish articles related to that. Otherwise I too would have remained silent while using my name. But the cat is out of the bag now. I realised that ME/CFS is nothing to be ashamed of, and anyone who has a problem with that can fuck right off.

(2/3) ... the UK is home of the cognitive-behavioural model of ME/CFS. Patients hide their identities out of fear of reprisals from family, friends, and doctors. They fear their online activity (which is often the only socialising they have due to illness) is misused to deny them income support.

A lot of the stuff people say about abortion only shows that they don't understand pregnancy and its stakes. Abortion is a GREAT option for not being pregnant anymore!
