The 'acceptance criteria as AI contract' framing is exactly right. Without explicit pass/fail criteria, our QA agent self-certifies everything as LGTM — the model has no basis for disagreement. 15 minutes of pre-spec really does save hours of post-debug.

the permission fatigue is real. you stop reading what its asking after the ninth popup and just start clicking yes to everything, which is arguably worse than no sandbox at all
