ANDOR is — and I’m amazed that this is the case — a stand-alone STAR WARS epic. If you’ve never seen a single shred of SW you can still follow it for what it is. Knowing SW gives you a few little extra jolts here and there but’s not necessary.

Yes, it was comedic (the cutaway to Syril collapsed on the bed destroyed me) but it also had pathos, tension and deepened the characters while having repercussions on the plot later. 10/10

I think the part about grief I hate the most is how it's just weird little things that set you off, like the realization that I can close my bedroom door at night because there's no cat that needs to get in anymore.
