If I was winning my outdoor marathon race like that woman competitor (notably NOT the Hyrox event), I would definitely “whip it out” on the side of the route too. It’s like planners delight in toilet scarcity and pretend we can waltz into some public place for a tinkle. It’s bad in the states.
