I'm of the impression that any attempt to switch out the House Clerk could be, would be, immediately challenged by any one Member of the House, leading to a House vote. More generally, Johnson is good at passive obstructionism, but can't get anything done.

This is part of why we need to win by a large margin. We need to have enough people to seat that they can’t get away with it. The Clerk doesn’t have any protection against being sued. I don’t see this working. They may try, but it won’t work

Thanks, Gleedy. I summarised what Malcolm said. What is important to me is Malcolm's prediction that this admin will def. try to steal the election. Jan 6th was Trump´s first attempt. Why should it be different now?
