If I had known what a difference an N95 and air purifier could make in my overall health, I would have used them before Covid. A respirator keeps me from getting sicker. An air purifier reduces allergies, dust and MCAS symptoms. We should want these tools in public spaces.

At ophthalmologist yesterday, I brought N95s. His assistant, a med student, put it on but gaslit me on my Long COVID, showing disbelief of my nerve pain. Then my doc showed up maskless. I gave him an N95. He asked if I preferred it over the cloth mask he put on! Immune deficiency is on my chart. 😭
