I find that Lion's Mane mushrooms are good for my brain. I get all my fungus at Fungi Perfecti, Paul Stamets does a great job! For my consciousness I use mindfulness, really just Buddhism. Funny thing, no one has any idea about consciousness. Not really... Cheers
