YES! That is excellent mindfullness 😊 In my experience, triggers usually point to a wound or in "parts-speak," an unintegrated part of my consciousness. Parts work has helped me to integrate this wounded fragment into the whole of my consciousness & thus the trigger is eliminated (the root cause) ✨️🙏
