I do want to clarify that I understand that ultimately we’re in the process of setting a new precedent. I actively disagree with the arguments being made for AI CSAM being treated differently than non AI CSAM.

This is so fucked up. I worry that if it were to go to the Supreme Court, they would side with AI is cool and it is harming no one.
