I was not on the mood for the stupid neighbour who repeatedly doesn’t leash his dog and told him point blank, if he doesn’t find his leash I’ll report him to the by-law office. Do not fuck with old broads 😡

I am going to push back because for whatever faults it has, many US public agencies default to the public having a right to know. This brand of stonewalling is uniquely and decidedly Canadian and any working journalist in this country will tell you so
