More details on the major win yesterday! Judge Royce C. Lamberth ordered 1,042 full-time Voice of America journalists and staff back to work by March 23 and mandated the full resumption of broadcasting operations. Note: Contracted employees were excluded from the ruling.

This should go without saying, but it is highly inappropriate and unethical for a government agency to politicize a looming government shutdown in this way. HUD should be prioritizing serving the public—not partisan talking points.
