Good work by @streetsblogca.bsky.social to clip the video where they're saying "kids are riding bikes that go up to 60 70 mph" Those "bikes" are not legal e-bikes and this bill does nothing to address them Class 3 e-bikes, the fastest legal e-bikes, go up to 28 mph Above that is already illegal
