Morning. It was chilly, 36F but a gorgeous sky. Saw a dinosaur, flying geese & Coach V 😺chasing a fly. Run was recovery. Stomach is much better. Just sauntered about in my favorite shoes Asics Superblast 3. I like the medal we got yesterday. Enjoy your Monday adventures. #runningpunks 🏃‍♀️🌸

Woot! 45 miles on the ghost train ultra in the first frost of season. Roots, slippery, one big hill that got bigger every loop. Lots of chatting with other runners. Amazing aid station folks and volunteers. Last 15 miles with nephew who got his first glimpse into an ultra. Scary decor! #running
