I teach my students that hatred never stops hatred. It only ends through love and kindness. I encourage them to support each other and use mindfulness to solve problems. In our lab activities, taking a moment to breathe and listen helps us stay calm, kind, and focused. #TeacherEd #SafeSchools

A5: As a PE teacher, I recognize acts of kindness, teamwork, & encouragement, not just athleticism. I use cooperative activities, rotate teams 2 build friendships, & celebrate students who lift others. Small, consistent acts of kindness help create a welcoming & safe space. #TeacherEd #SafeSchool

A5 #TeacherEd #SafeSchools I spread kindness by really listening to my students and giving them my time. I also make sure that if I am reprimanding a student, I always pull them aside and don't let other students hear. I stay calm no matter what a student may be saying to me or doing.
