This is ridiculous. Olive Garden has (had) a "Never-Ending Pasta Pass" ($500). It was a lifetime card for free pasta bowls. Of COURSE you had to prove you were the cardholder by providing valid ID. BTW, you can no longer purchase these. They put $100 13-week cards up for sale on occasion.
