Bernie Sanders' ability to endorse the most dead end NIMBYs remains unparalleled. Jane Kim used to work for his 2020 campaign; now he's endorsing her for a job that she doesn't even understand. It pains me to urge people to vote for NIMBY Ben Allen, but he actually understands insurance markets.

Some interesting observations here: Nashville and Austin both have job geographies that look more coastal than Sun Belt, suggesting investment in public transit there would be very successful. Chicago and Philly, despite strong downtowns, suffer from inner ring decay. Dallas is The Bad Place.
