What do people do to monitor the Bsky PDS they host? There doesn't seem to be any exporting of service metrics. Was that a design decision or just delayed?

People who are running indigo relay(s) (e.g. @bad-example.com): what extra tooling have you added there beyond just starting it & adding PDSes once - e.g. to add newly launched PDSes and reconnecting to failing ones, how are you handling this?
