I think this is an aberration of Golden Twin-spot, it was NFM last night in Cambs #teamMoth one of 107 moths of 26 species. @mothiduk.bsky.social Can't see it mentioned on the Cam moths site nor in our county Google Group...is it a county first, I wonder

Last four for the insects: what I think @mothiduk.bsky.social ? is Epichnopterix plumella; Garden Tiger Moth caterpillar; Scarce Chaser male; Black-tailed Skimmer male (last both dragonflies) - many of the Skimmers, few Chasers to be seen

My 3 top verified moth finds of the last few weeks in and around our garden. All quite rare in Essex I believe. Blackneck (Lygephila pastinum) Lesser Banded Longhorn (Adela croesella) 3 seen Orange Beauty (Commophila aeneana) @bc-cambs-essex.bsky.social #moths @mothiduk.bsky.social
