Nope, these were all passed by the state level congress here in OH under HB68 while Biden was president. Even the governor (DeWine - R) vetoed it only to be overridden. I believe all state level Dems fought against it. Brown ran the same shit ads in 2024 and lost. Clearly didnt learn.

It’s obviously terrible that some Democrats have caved and tacked right on trans rights. But I don’t think we’re going to see the Democratic Party impose the kind of discriminations that Labour supports. And I think the party’s base is meaningfully pro-trans rights enough that it’ll shape 2028.
