also, saying things are "bad faith" simply because you disagree with a claim is a truly horrible habit. people are capable of disagreeing with one another. I didn't impugn Natalie's character or take her words out of context.

it is possible, I'd argue necessary, to say things like "I disagree with a small coalition of pro palestine people boycotting the election. but that doesn't mean the 'online left's impact' is nonexistent at best, harmful at worst"

I guess I'd primarily question here the number of people who "threatened to support the right." That aside, a movement as large as the "pro palestine movement" is going to have all kinds of people, some will do things I agree with, some will do things I disagree with.
