Appointment with my counsellor today - we've been talking a lot about feeling let down when people flake out on you, the loneliness and loss of self-esteem, etc etc. Except I arrived, she wasn't there, and it appears she double-booked and is at an event all morning. IT'S A BIT LIKE IRON
