Thanks 4 sharing. Great article! It shows CA isn't necessarily the most progressive state. It shows states don't have to wait for fed gov to act. I hope Newsom's paying attention. He's not as progressive as many think. He says good things, but backs down to corporate power when it suits him.👍✌️

Please. His dad gave him 200K for a mortgage. Average US home 🏡 price is 400K. Might be more expensive in ME given many rich people have vacation homes there. GP is hardly a BUSH. Check out how much their 🏡 in ME are worth. This is the kind of distortion I'm talking about.

According to an article in Newsweek GP attended Hotchkiss on financial aid. It doesn't mention him receiving 💰 aid for the much cheaper private school. Sure, it shows his father at least had money being a lawyer, but it doesn't necessarily mean he was rich.

No, that means he's not necessarily rich. The average home in CA is 840K. 200K is a 4th of that. Platner ain't a Vanderbilt, Rockefeller, or JB Pritzker. Liz Warren & her husband are worth $12 million. So, I'm not overwhelmed by someone paying 200K for a mortgage. Look up average 🏡 price in ME
