Being not as visual a person as you, I often think I won't recognise "good" AI and of course I may have not recognised some - how would I know. But mostly if it pings that button and I check with others it's pinging it for them too. It's the uncanny valley of art or something.

I know at least one small press publisher whose more recent cover art is CLEARLY genAI, they are CLEARLY being lied to, people have TOLD them that they are being lied to, they refuse to recognize it, which...like...I mean...I won't buy anything from them again, you know?
