Le Millésime affine au Chablis from Fromagerie Germain Soft French 🐄 🧀 with rind washed in wine. Old, it was liquid even at refrigerator temperature. Sticky rind, mouthcoating paste. Far less pungent than most of its type. Mild, with floral and fruity notes.
