It has been 19yrs since my grandmother passed away from 2 types of dementia. The pain does not go away. I miss her everyday. She was my first tattoo at the 10yr mark. Times have change, but I will always miss you. I will be hiding today as this week has been rough as well. 🖤🖤🖤

Mental health really is physical health too & I know it's so much easier said then done but please do your best to look after your mental health, it makes a much bigger difference then you might realise! You are worth loving & caring about yourself I promise you 🫂

So sorry for cutting stream suddenly before alliance 2. I know everyone was waiting. Sorry about that. I'm still unstable. Cried for 2 hours. I don't know when i can stream again. My body doesn't feel good again. I don't want to stream if I'm going to be crying suddenly. Really sorry.
