Texas is about 30/30/30 Republican/Independent/Dem with actually a few more Dems. The big cities and many large burbs are sapphire blue. We won if we show up.

Many of the independents who usually vote red are voting blue at the top of the ticket. Not sure they'll down ballot. More Dems will get off the couch. Magidiots are "confused". Hardly any GOP yard signs but that might just be shame and they're gonna vote red anyway.

As I'm not from Texas I'm going to assume that's a larger than expected turnout, but is it more than Beto received? Bc we've seen Texan Dems turnout at these rallies & then the votes tell a different story. Perhaps they too have dodgy machines. Whatever the reason does this really feel different?

There IS. What’s needed is a judge who will issue an arrest warrant for the crime. What’s needed is a cop who will exact that warrant. What’s needed is a politician who will stand by the legitimacy of the arrest.
