    I used to play as him in the playground but specifically his appearance as a force ghost in galactic battlegrounds and I thought he was a guy called Toucan John who could teleport , everyone was like who tf are you supposed to be I said hes from the games only real fans know him

    I feel like you do seen it a good bit in indie FPSs right now like they're far from their original state, but they're engaging with the core foundation still, even as they change it. Like my cousin, who turned a Chevrolet Suburban into a drag racer. (He's the one who built my aluminum stick)

    We do a lot of the former but less of the latter and that's not necessarily bad at all but sometimes a game is like.. oh I know what this is influenced by, but they changed everything so so it no longer has the same roar of the engine...

    So I think the thing here is like... You can remodel a classic car by completely gutting it, and replacing everything but the frame and body so the car is still recognizable, or you can keep as many OEM parts as possible but modify and tweak them to the point of being unrecognizable.
