Dungeness. The first 6 Bewick Swans (3 adults & 3 Cygnets) of the winter landed on the ARC late afternoon and moved on at Dusk. One was radio tagged and called Michaela, unfortunately there is a problem with the website at the moment. Many thanks to Jim Dee for the heads up.

Postu göster4 Nov. Musselburgh. A flat calm morning, so some descent counts - 31 Red-throated Divers, 1 Black-throated (pretty scarce here), 8 Slavonian Grebes, 1 Red-necked Grebe, 7 Little Gulls. Also the Long-tailed Ducks put on a fantastic vocal display. #Birdinglothian
