4 Nov. Musselburgh. A flat calm morning, so some descent counts - 31 Red-throated Divers, 1 Black-throated (pretty scarce here), 8 Slavonian Grebes, 1 Red-necked Grebe, 7 Little Gulls. Also the Long-tailed Ducks put on a fantastic vocal display. #Birdinglothian

Post anzeigenHolkham Pines protected me from the east wind today and 6 hours & 19k steps later can say they were sheltering a good number of #birds too. Leaf warblers will get the headlines but Woodcock few feet away was fab. 66sp. Amongst 2000 Pink Feet I found 2 White Fronts and 2 Tundra Bean #norfolkbirding
