Postu gösterFinal point: the ICC Staff Union has been so far denied a slot to address the Assembly at the General Debate. This is a policy mistake. The Bureau alleges its own Rules don’t allow. These are easily amendable and they should be: ICC staff are under huge pressure. Hear them out.
Postu gösterYet, the main problem remains unresolved: no structured political process to decide among States. Even if a candidate fails vetting and the ACN assessment, it can still be in the ballot. Needles to say the next Prosecutor will make or break the ICC. Still time for amendments!
