Ver postFinal point: the ICC Staff Union has been so far denied a slot to address the Assembly at the General Debate. This is a policy mistake. The Bureau alleges its own Rules don’t allow. These are easily amendable and they should be: ICC staff are under huge pressure. Hear them out.
