Agreed. We both know that structure will never be rebuilt. I accept it's a shame, but there is clearly is no economically practical end-use for a structure that's occupying the space that could be several hundred homes.

Every time a building is listed we need to ask "what the end use is and who past for upkeep? Of course we should try to preserve heritage buildings that can be reused. But keeping sites occupied with derelict building solves nothing. Its just kicking the can down the road.
