    Rumors have it that Kyivteploenergy (the capitals heating utility company) has been raided by law enforcement recently. If true, I hope this pans out to something quick, because to be frank I don't think Kyiv has all that much time before it's just a ghost town.

    The winter has barely begun and the frequency and intensity of enemy attacks on the capital will only increase. It's clear that the state is incapable of adequately preparing the capital city for that circumstance, despite this being the fourth year of the same fucking Russian tactic.

    There is zero accountability, even th hint of accountability, and these people would rather rot and fall to the Russians than fucking take even a smidgen of responsibility for the CAPITAL CITY THEY ARE IN CHARGE OF RUNNING

    And this is the response to literally all criticism. Why don't we have shelters installed? Oh, it's the other guy's fault. Why aren't our bridges adequately protected? Oh, it's the other guy's fault. Who's responsible for public transit during these circumstances? Other guy.
