    Maybe all those pieces warning of how Trump was gonna destroy democracy, wake up sheeple there's a fascist takeover it's already happened, the midterms will be hijacked etc etc, maybe they were a bit over the top, huh?

    I'll be writing more about this later, but the fact that there are no ICE (or other armed) federal agents at the polls and no federal takeover of elections is not because we are "lucky" or our system is "strong:" it took a ton of hard work from lawyers, election administrators and civil society.
