Postu gösterTeaching is genuinely complex professional work. Permanent immersion in delivery is not sufficient preparation for excellent delivery. Education in our country has a strange tendency to regard time not directly spent teaching as suspect, when it could be transformative...

Improvement in student learning needs improvement in classroom interactions which needs us to build teacher expertise.
