  And I genuinely think that theres still a very real possibility that I’m doing that with Taylor. I’m still here, aren’t I? I think that always has to be a real possibility when I’m assessing my connection with people whose actions don’t match my idea of them. And I’m also aware that everyone in life

  Therapy (or through other means) knows that assuming the best intentions was a behaviour they had to unlearn in order to heal. I was in a 5 year long relationship for 3 years longer than I should’ve been because I have such a dogged, over-active ability to see the best in people. And they know it.
