    Got the same lesson from a mentor this week. Employees count time, entrepreneurs count what they made possible. Seventeen years in product is coming out of my profile now, nobody who could buy from me ever asked for it. They ask if I already have paying customers.

    Used it a couple of times and always with success. The trick for me was plastering it everywhere afterwards. Not just online. Print it out and hang it where people actually are. Kitchen, toilet, bulletin board.
