  Maybe if you can find such a root, you could hone in on where the guilt comes from, and explore from there? Seeing it in a new light as the person you are today Just something that's helped me in the past, and you might've already done this or similar already; But I thought it worth mentioning

  I find that guilt is a thing that can stem from deep places in the mind, related or unrelated to the things I feel guilty about. Usually it has some sort of root in my past experiences, like things I've been scolded for when I was young and have half forgotten about

  Turning your brain off and escaping to a space is really really difficult sometimes. I have ADHD and focusing on moment is difficult sometimes. I find wearing my suit helps me avoid thinking about if I sent that email, or changed the laundry over and just enjoy the moment.

  Headspacing is improv, which isn't easy for everyone. It takes a certain "putting on a character." You can be really intimate and vulnerable with a deeply beloved person, and they are surely so appreciative of your trust that they support you even through any potential "blunders" along the way. 🩵
